Strategies
TSG's commitment is to actively contribute to sustainable development through environmental protection, social responsibility and economic progress. To us, that means meeting the needs of society today, while respecting the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
For more than 25 years, TSG has achieved consistent, profitable growth by creating innovative products, establishing strong relationships with customers and boosting operational efficiency. Each year, TSG continues to move toward sustainability and strives to raise the bar on corporate environmental, social and economic management. In order to ensure continuous improvement, we annually reevaluate and/or identify new key sustainability objectives for the company.
These key issues are identified through TSG's management systems such as ISO 14001, and feedback from our stakeholders. A few of TSG's key objectives around sustainable development include:

TSG's Sustainable Packaging Mission
To be recognized as a responsible leader in the design and development of security packaging and operational processes that promotes a more sustainable business proposition.
At TSG, sustainability involves both process and product. Process initiatives include use of oxidizers to ensure high air quality standards of plant emissions, waste reduction programs reducing our landfill disposal, materials down gauging reducing the amount of post consumer disposal, plant energy conservation efforts and others.
TSG's strategy includes the development and use of a portfolio of renewable structures using sustainable and compostable components. Also included is the identification and development of source reducing packaging systems such as retort and aseptic plastic packaging and refill systems for rigid containers.
